About The Map of Projects

Things people built for the browser that you do something with, each on its makers' city. Games, art, experiments, tools and things that teach.

Two layers

Best of
Two picks a week, from anywhere. The Community Pick is the most-voted new project. The Editor's Pick is the curator's choice. Picks stay on the map for good.
Trending now
Projects approved in the last 4 weeks, ordered by votes from the last 2 days. Anyone signed in can vote. After 4 weeks a project leaves the map unless it's picked. Its own page stays.

What it isn't

Not an awards site. No juries, scores or fees. What counts is what you can do in a project, not how it looks. Portfolios and brand sites belong elsewhere (see the rules).

Any stack

three.js, Babylon.js, PlayCanvas, WebGPU, Raw WebGL, p5.js, Unity web build, Godot web build, and more. 2D counts as much as 3D. Each engine has its own page, such as three.js projects around the world.

Places

Makers choose where they're from and where they're based, down to the city. Countries follow the ISO 3166 list. We don't take positions on borders. There are no rankings of countries, cities or engines.

Free

Submitting, voting and being featured are free. Picks get a badge for their page.
